Raw Models provides access to third-party and open-weight artificial intelligence models through web interfaces and APIs (the “Service”). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service, available models, pricing, limits, and features may change or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, any particular response time, or that a model will remain available.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You retain any rights you have in prompts and other content submitted to the Service (“Input”). Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated responses (“Output”). You are solely responsible for evaluating and using Input and Output.

For the current service configuration, Input, Output, request metadata, and usage information may be stored for providing the Service, billing, security, analytics, and debugging. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information.

Raw Models provides infrastructure and access to models developed or trained by third parties. We do not author, endorse, verify, or control every Output. Third-party models, RunPod infrastructure, Stripe payments, and identity providers may be governed by their own terms.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other expert advice. You must independently review Outputs before relying on or publishing them.

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights; exploit, harm, or endanger minors; distribute malware; interfere with the Service; bypass usage or security controls; obtain unauthorized access; or facilitate fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of each model and any Input or Output complies with applicable laws, licences, and third-party model terms. We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with law.

The Service uses prepaid credits. Inference charges are based on recorded usage and the prices shown when a request is processed. Promotional credits have no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn in cases of abuse. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchased credits and completed usage charges are non-refundable.

You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you select. You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, and payment information associated with your account.

Raw Models and its licensors retain rights in the Service, website, software, branding, and operational data. Model developers retain rights in their models. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and store Input and Output only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, analyse, and improve the Service in accordance with these Terms and our disclosed retention settings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, MODELS, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that Outputs will be correct, safe, lawful, unique, or suitable; that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that third-party models and infrastructure will remain available. Your use of the Service and reliance on any Output is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raw Models and its operators, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Raw Models during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Raw Models and its operators against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your Input, Output, unlawful use of the Service, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
